Supporting you as you are
I have spent many years working alongside adults with a wide range of experiences — whether living with physical or sensory disabilities, managing chronic fatigue, or navigating mental health challenges. Each person I work with brings their own strengths and struggles, and I’m committed to offering support that recognises the whole person.

Neurodivergent-affirming support
I work in a way that affirms and celebrates neurodivergent identities. This includes supporting autistic individuals, as well as those with ADHD, dyspraxia, and dyslexia. Rather than focusing on “fixing” or “masking” differences, I aim to create a space where neurodivergent people feel seen, understood, and respected just as they are.
Exploring identity and life transitions
Life events — like becoming a carer, experiencing loss, or going through big changes — can deeply affect how we see ourselves. I offer a reflective space where we can explore how these experiences shape your sense of self, helping you rebuild confidence, rediscover your values, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Driven by a passion for equality
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in equal opportunities for everyone. I care about creating inclusive, compassionate environments where everyone has the chance to thrive — no matter their background, identity, or circumstances.
